Her professional experience spans accounting, finance, operations, HR, IT, and beyond, which informs her unique ability to make sense of nuanced concepts that touch upon any or all the above. Beckie’s directness and quick-wit makes her the perfect partner for professionals who mean business. In founding Balanced Office Solutions, her intent is to offer better options for supporting business owners in stepping into their confidence, feeling empowered to make major decisions, and skyrocketing their success.

With a degree in both Paralegal Studies and Business Administration, Alezandra started her career as a Corporate Paralegal before transitioning into an Operations Manager and Bookkeeper. Throughout her career, Alezandra has developed a diverse set of skills, including unparalleled customer service and management of various platforms that keep Balanced Office Solutions running smoothly. In her spare time, Alezandra relishes in her role as a mother to a spirited 9-year-old daughter. Together, they love to cook up a storm in the kitchen, nurture their garden, and spend quality time with family and friends.

A seasoned bookkeeper, Brittany has dedicated her career to cleaning up and clarifying books for business owners across various industries. With an acute ability to manage books with precision and mastery, coupled with a down-to-earth attitude, Brittany takes time to translate her know-how to each client, empowering them to better understand the backend and trust her in handling the most important part of their operation. Brittany is happily married to an U.S. Army Veteran with whom she has four wonderful children.

Aleesha is a well-versed accountant with nearly 20 years of experience working for public and private entities of varying sizes and in diverse industries. It might sound crazy, but Aleesha knew from a young age that she wanted to be an accountant. In that, she began learning accounting as early as high school, before going on to obtain her Bachelors in Account and Masters in Leadership. Aleesha enjoys spending time with her husband, kiddos, and 4 German Shepherds – all of whom keep her very much on her toes! In whatever spare time remains, she likes to experiment in the kitchen and listen to podcasts.
